As a client of Pine State Hosting, you'll have access to various tools and resources to help you manage your account and website.

Client Portal

All clients have access to the Customer Portal which is where you can:

1. Sign up, cancel, or manage any services that you're paying for (such as web hosting or domain names)
2. Update your billing and contact information.
3. Contact our support team with any questions you may have.
4. Get answers to questions through our knowledge base.

The customer portal can be accessed via portal.pinestatehosting.com

cPanel

When you sign up for a web hosting package, you will be provided with login information to cPanel, our web server management tool. If for example, your website is at example.com, you can access cPanel by going to the URL cpanel.example.com. cPanel allows you to manage a variety of things, including:

1. Website files
2. Custom email addresses
3. Domain name settings (including DNS Zones)

Webmail

Included with every one of our web hosting packages, Webmail lets you check your custom domain email address right from the browser. You can also access all of the information that you will need to set up email on your phone or desktop computer.

Nextcloud

Nextcloud is a premium suite of tools that gives you access to online file storage, including an online word processor, spreadsheet editor, and presentation software. In addition to these tools, you'll have access to premium email, contacts, and calendar experiences.
