Once you are logged into Wordpress, click on Customize in the left menu, under the Appearance section.

Next, click on WooCommerce

Finally, click on Store Notice

Once you have updated the text, click on the blue “Publish” button on the bottom of the page. If you no longer what the store notice to appear, uncheck the box labeled “enable store notice" and click on the blue “Publish” button.
