Adding Business Email to Mobile Device

Please note: Business email is only available to customers who have a Managed Hosting plan or who have purchased business email. Shared Web Hosting plans use a different email server.

For iPhone users, you can add your business email to the defailt iOS Mail app by doing the following:

  1. Open the Settings app on your phone, scroll down to Mail > Accounts > Add Account
  2. Tap on "Other"
  3. Tap on "Add Mail Account"
  4. Fill in your Name, Email Address, Password and a Description of your email account (For example, "Work" or "Personal")
  5. Tap Next
  6. You will need to fill out the following information, by default the IMAP tab should be selected.
    1. Incoming Mail Server:
      1. Host Name: imap.emailarray.com
      2. Username: (your full email address, [email protected])
      3. Password: (your email password)
    2. Outgoing Mail Server:
      1. Host Name: smtp.emailarray.com
      2. Username: (your full email address, [email protected])
      3. Password: (your email password)
  7. Tap Next. Once it's verifed, tap Done.
  8. You should now have your Business Email added to the iOS Mail app.
