Please note: Business email is only available to customers who have a Managed Hosting plan or who have purchased business email. Shared Web Hosting plans use a different email server.
For iPhone users, you can add your business email to the defailt iOS Mail app by doing the following:
- Open the Settings app on your phone, scroll down to Mail > Accounts > Add Account
- Tap on "Other"
- Tap on "Add Mail Account"
- Fill in your Name, Email Address, Password and a Description of your email account (For example, "Work" or "Personal")
- Tap Next
- You will need to fill out the following information, by default the IMAP tab should be selected.
- Incoming Mail Server:
- Host Name: imap.emailarray.com
- Username: (your full email address, [email protected])
- Password: (your email password)
- Outgoing Mail Server:
- Host Name: smtp.emailarray.com
- Username: (your full email address, [email protected])
- Password: (your email password)
- Tap Next. Once it's verifed, tap Done.
- You should now have your Business Email added to the iOS Mail app.
